"Wait…are you Focal Flare AND FCL_C0MPLEX…at the same time?"

Fun fact: I own both of these aliases above, but in terms of art, the former is more maximalist and the latter is more minimalist.

Let me explain.

"FCL_C0MPLEX" references "Focal Flare" in a way such that "FCL" is an "acronymized" version of the first part of my alias "Focal Flare".

  • FCL: I figured that the majority of people call me "Focal" because of it being easier to say than my full alias (even the rest call me "Flare" because it sounds cute to them).

  • C0MPLEX: A totally-not-cliche-as-fuck version play-on of complex, I also wanted to point out that my art can be very convoluted and hard to look at from time to time since I tend to make them over the top, so I use this as a contradiction of me making art that's clean and minimized to its actual character.

However, even though I own both of these aliases, I do not have DID (dissociative identity disorder), OSDD (other-specified dissociative disorder, or the like, and this is not a symptom of me having any of these.
